Our last Event was about Emerging Financial Markets

Macroeconomic volatility, i.e., rapid change between economic boom, overheating and recession is often considered as a defining ‘emerging market’ characteristic. The economic history of regions such as Latin America, South-East Asia, or Eastern Europe may confirm and suggests that macro-stabilization is essential for sustainable economic growth. For the fate between crisis and growth, not the least two factors are decisive: the domestic financial system and sovereign debt & fiscal policy.

We are deeply grateful for the great and exceptional insight from Charles Calomiris on domestic financial system challenges, Edgardo Torija Zane on sovereign debt & fiscal policy challenges and Anne-Laure Kiechel on sovereign advisory and debt crisis and strategies to react. 🚀 Thank you!
